Hasselback Apples
Hasselback Apples Recipe
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Medium Baking Apple
- 2 oz Brie Cheese
- Honey and Hot Honey
- Thyme
- 2 Skewers
Instructions:
- Slice apple in half from the core.
- Place cut side down.
- Use skewers to guide knife from cutting all the way through the apple.
- Make cuts ¼ inch apart and cut out middle section.
- Place brie slices into holes.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Top with thyme spear.
- In a broiler proof pan, place apples cut side down.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Broil for last 3-4 minutes or until brie is bubbly.
- Top with Mike’s Hot Honey and more thyme leaves.
