Prairie Plates celebrates the farm-to-table food and craft drink movement with unique dining experiences, in a setting that can only be found at Conner Prairie. Featuring the region’s top chefs and gourmet artisans, it is a one of a kind dining experience for adults on the Prairie.
Join us for this unique and special dining opportunity. Chef Matthew Jarson, leading a team of culinary students from Ivy Tech, will create a bountiful brunch made with ingredients sourced from within a 100 mile radius of Conner Prairie. Enjoy brunch as you hear from local farmers, producers, and food suppliers about the delicious and ever growing food scene in central Indiana, and the Hamilton Co. area.
