Whether it’s woods, water, prairie, or farmland, Conner Prairie is surrounded by beautiful nature. This is the perfect place to experience it up close. Walk through the forest and along the levee to discover the plants and animals that call this land home. Interpretive signs along the way display how this land was used in the past and how it is being used today. Borrow an Adventure Backpack at Treetop Outpost, filled with tools and suggested activities to encourage nature connection. The trail contains a few steep spots, so we recommend wearing close-toed shoes and traveling on foot.
