Chef Toby Miles, and his wife Melanie, own and operate Rail Restaurant and Bar in Westfield, IN. Featuring “food raised in a barn”, Rail is one of the best farm to fork restaurants in the Indy Metro area. The menu will feature not only the homemade goodness of Rail’s chef/owner, but ingredients foraged from Conner Prairie’s own grounds. Set on the one of kind atmosphere of Conner Prairie’s covered bridge, this will be an evening you will not want to miss.

Prairie PlatesPressed Duck – buckwheat cake, Indiana duck, wild berries
Preserved Carrot – pickled heirloom carrot, local honey, farmstead cheese
Hearth bread – churned butter, radish

Dinner:

3 Sisters Salad – hominy, heirloom beans, zucchini, garlic mustard greens pesto
Fireside Pork – cured pork chop, fire roasted hash of parsnip, potato, wild mushroom, ramps, lemon
Grape Pie – suet crust, served with buttermilk ice cream
