Chill Out and Make Some Ice Cream

What’s better on a hot summer day than some ice cream? Learn how to make ice cream with three different methods: the sabotiere, a hand-cranked ice cream churn, and the “no-expensive-equipment-involved” bag-in-bag method. For one of the ice creams, we’ll use an historic recipe and create a custard before chilling it. Three methods, three flavors of ice cream to sample. What’s not to love?
