Hoosier Cake, Choc-Ola, and Maple Buns: Indiana’s Chocolate Legacy

Learn about chocolate’s origins, discuss the etymology of the word “Hoosier” and the related evolution/adaptation of John Hoosier Cake, as well as the Hoosier roots of Choc-Ola and the Maple Bun – the latter two invented in Indiana.
