Free Admission Day

Explore nature and history in new ways this fall during our Free Admission Day. The 1859 Balloon Voyage will be an additional cost. Reserve your free ticket.
Kick off the day with our bird migration walk at the Trails at Conner Prairie, in partnership with Amos Butler Audubon. This walk will take place before the grounds open (8:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.). Reserve your free ticket! While the museum is open make your way to The Drifting Studio for nature-based activities.
In Prairietown, sing along with the residents as you experience how chores were important in the 19th Century. Stop by the Kiln Shed next to the Reclamation Building in Prairietown to participate in the Cultural Diversity Drum Circle at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
At Lenape Indian Camp, try your hand at beadwork activities or enlighten the senses through cooking demonstrations.
Stop by Treetop Outpost for exciting nature-inspired play invitations. Wander over to the So(u)lar Hut from A Curious Life and explore water play.
