Experience the pleasures of nature through all your senses, led by a certified Forest Therapy guide. Forest Therapy is a guided walk that invites participants to slow down and experience nature spaces in new ways. It’s a time to intentionally surround yourself in nature without distraction.
Your guide will offer a range of invitations to support “bathing” in the sights, sounds, textures, and smells in a shared natural setting.

About the Teacher
Michelle Morton is the Nature Engagement Specialist at Conner Prairie. She works with the Education Team to facilitate and lead nature-based play and learning activities for guests. Michelle is a certified Forest Therapy Guide, and has been facilitating Forest Bathing, Forest Therapy, and Mindful Birding experiences since 2023. She loves riding her bike, birding, hiking, cooking, reading, playing board games with her family, the color green, and (of course) being outside.
