Bake and break bread with us! Learn fundamental bread baking skills that can be used in your home oven, in a brick oven, or at your next camping adventure in a Dutch oven. Try your hand at using traditional methods in the Conner house kitchen to make several different types of bread including biscuits, yeast, and batter breads. We'll use hearth with Dutch oven, modern oven, and even our historic beehive oven.
Guests will be working in pairs, so sign up with a baking buddy, and finish the day with lots of bread to share, a sourdough starter, and bread baking prowess.
