Questions & Answers

We welcome you to “Conner Scairie,” a haunted land inhabited by fun-loving ghouls all trying to scare up votes to be elected Mayor of Conner Scairie. Can one of them unseat the current mayor, Headless Horseman, who won the hotly contested election last year? Cast your vote and help make history in Conner Scairie!  Meet the candidates!

At Headless Horseman, you can take a haunted hayride, and join in a variety of family friendly activities such as a costume runway show for kids, catapult fun, and Scary-o-ke, where your vocal chords can scare or thrill the crowd. See magic shows, Ed's Electrical Spectacle, and returning favorite, the Legend of Sleepy Hollow marionette show.  Enjoy caramel apples, hot pretzels, warm cider and other treats for your stomach. It's a hauntingly good time for all ages and a beloved fall tradition for many families.

Hayride Tickets

Gates open at 6 p.m. You may choose between early hayride times (6:30pm-7:45pm) and late hayride times (8:00pm-close) by entering through the gates marked “6:30pm-7:45pm” or “8:00pm-close”.  As you enter the gate, you will receive a hayride ticket stamped with your hayride time. Due to large crowds, we cannot guarantee you will get the hayride time of your choosing. Tickets are distributed sequentially on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that there are a limited number of early ride times so please plan on getting in line before the gates open for the best chance to secure an early hayride time. Due to large crowds on fair weather and weekend nights, wait time in line for your hayride once you have a hayride ticket, can vary. Once all hayride tickets are given out for the evening and capacity is reached, the admission gates will close

Hayride Express Pass - A Perk for Voyager level members!

By becoming a Conner Prairie Voyager-level member (or above), you can bypass the sometimes lengthy, timed hayride lines and choose when to get into the Voyager express line. Become a Voyager-level member or upgrade your membership to take advantage of the time-saving Hayride Express Pass.
