Wedding Ceremony Policies
Conner Prairie allows one hour for rehearsals for ceremonies. The location and time will be determined by the Account Executive according to availability. The Account Executive has the right to move the rehearsal to another venue if the ceremony site is in use for another event. All rehearsals must end by 6:30 pm.
On the day of the ceremony, the allotted time for pre-ceremony events and arrival time is no longer than 2½ hours prior to the time the ceremony is to begin and will be based on availability.
Pictures taken prior to the ceremony must be completed 30 minutes before the time the service is to begin. All photograph sites must be approved by the Account Executive. Additional fee may apply depending on site.
All guests for pre-ceremony pictures and events must arrive dressed for the service with the exception of the bride. Conner Prairie prohibits hair and makeup to be done on-site.
Decorations for the ceremony are the client’s responsibility. Decorating times will be determined by the Account Executive based on availability. Set-up and tear-down must be done the day of the event within pre-determined times approved by the Account Executive.
Rice and/or confetti may not be used at Conner Prairie.
A $200 fee is charged for all ceremonies held at Conner Prairie. Additional charges may apply to groups of 100 or more.
