Knife and Axe Making
Learn the intricacies of crafting knives and small axes from Hershel House,
Melvin Lytton and Nathan Allen. Tools required.
Kit Assembly
Assemble a Jim Chambers rifle or pistol kit. Learn assembly and
finishing techniques from Jim Chambers, Mike Brooks and John Weston.

Stock Carving/Patch Box Construction
Embellish your longrifle with carving and a custom-made patch box along with
instructor Jim Klein. Using practice stocks, you'll gain traditional carving skills
such as tool sharpening, pattern layout and proper tool use. Construction of a brass
patchbox will also be covered. Practice stock available for purchase at the workshop.

Engraving
Explore the art of engraving that can be applied to your gun. Using practice pieces,
basic design, tool selection and sharpening techniques will be taught by John Schippers.
