CONTEST RULES
No Purchase Necessary. Enter on-site via register-to-win box at Conner Prairie Interactive History Park Welcome Center at 13400 Allisonville Road, Fishers, IN 46038 August 1st – August 31st between business hours, Tuesday – Saturday 10a-5p EST and Sunday’s 11a – 5p EST. Admission into Conner Prairie is not required to participate. Open to Indiana residents, ages 16 & under as of the date of entry. Only one entry per person. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If won by a minor, prize will be awarded in parent’s or guardian’s name.
One winner will be drawn from on-site entries via a random selection process and will be contacted prior to September 10, 2010. Once contacted, winner MUST call back before 5:00 p.m. EST on September 15, 2010 to be eligible for the Radio Disney Take Over promotion package. Winner must schedule and take their trip prior to September 15, 2011.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Radio Disney or Conner Prairie Interactive History Park, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest/sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
Final determination of winner is conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures. Final actual value at time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on dates of travel, point of origin and ticket availability. Some restrictions apply. If won by a minor, prize will be awarded in parent or guardian name and said parent or guardian must accompany winner on the trip.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsors in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prize is subject to availability. Sponsors are not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the Radio Disney Take Over or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsors’ only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of the prize.
By participating in the contest and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Conner Prairie Interactive History Park and WRDZ 98.3FM Indianapolis Radio Disney, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any and all media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsors are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize, winner and/or winner’s parent or guardian must: (a) provide proof of winner’s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsors; and (c) have winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsors; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsors.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and the contest administrator, which shall be final in all respects.

Q: Where do I register for the trip?
A: On-site ONLY at Conner Prairie, August 1st – August 31st between business hours, Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm EST and Sunday 11:00am – 5:00pm EST.
Q: Do I have to purchase a ticket to Conner Prairie in order to enter for a chance to win?
A: No purchase is necessary, however you are welcome to purchase a general admission ticket and enjoy Conner Prairie for the day.
Q: Who is eligible to enter?
A: Indiana resident, ages 16 & under as of the date of entry.
Q: How many winners will there be?
A: Many will enter, but only (1) name will win. Winner is allowed 3 additional guests. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

Q: Will I have to spend any money on the trip?
A: The winner is responsible for meals, transportation and any incidentals.
Q: Who will arrange my travel if I win – do I?
A: Disney Travel will assist in arranging the trip, including receipt of copies of all identification and affidavits of eligibility.
Q: When do I have to take the trip by?
A: The winner must schedule and take their trip prior to September 15, 2011.
Q: Can I book my trip based on what Disney celebrity will be available during the “Take Over?”
A: Disney can’t guarantee which celebrity will be present at time of trip. Winner will receive confirmation of celebrity they will meet when they arrive to Disney Radio Studios for the behind the scenes tour.
