Current exhibitions include Notorious & Notable: 20th Century Women of Style and Timescapes: A Multimedia Portrait of New York.
National Museum of the American Indian
This museum explores the diversity of Native Americans through music and dance performances, films and symposia from the past to the present. Current exhibitions include A Song for the Horse Nation, an exploration of the influence of the horse on Native American tribes and Beauty Surrounds Us, an exhibition of 77 works from the museum's collection.The museum store features handcrafted jewelry, pottery and textiles from skilled Native American artisans.
Driving Miss Daisy at the John Golden Theater
Recently debuting on the Great White Way to stellar reviews, this revival of the Alfred Uhry play stars Vanessa Redgrave and James Earl Jones. The play is about the profound, life-altering relationship that blooms between a widowed 72-year-old woman deemed "too old to drive" by her son, and the African American gentleman he hires to serve as his mother's chauffeur. The film adaptation won Oscars for Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay in 1989.
The Frick Collection
The Frick Collection includes well-known paintings by renowned European artists, exquisite 18th-century French furniture, Limoges enamels, sculptures, gilt bronzes and many more objects of distinction and quality. Current special exhibitions include The Spanish Manner: Drawings from Ribera to Goya, a collection expressing the specific "Spanish manner". Also on display will be The King at War: Velázquez's Portrait of Philip IV.

4:45pm: Board mini-coach for transfer to the cocktail reception
- 5:15-7pm: Cocktail reception hosted by Ellen Rosenthal at the Heartland Brewery. With special guest speaker
- 7pm: Guests are free for the evening. NO TRANSFER: Hotel is less than three blocks from Heartland Brewery
