Within the Welcome Center our Overlook Room with two walls of floor to ceiling windows that allow for view of some of the grounds and the Clowes Common – home to our
1859 Balloon Voyage). The Overlook Room is cozy with a huge gas fireplace and an adjacent deck. Indoor or outdoor experience is possible in just one space.

For the traditional and/or more serious meeting our Woodland Hall is a large (3240 square feet of non-pillared meeting space). It has natural lighting with three large picture-windows with views of the grounds. It can be divided down into two separate rooms for either break out sessions or separate meal areas.
