Yvonne Todd - Catering and Banquet Sales Manager
Conner Prairie a great place to enjoy the out of doors and the unique interactive things that relate to crafts, science and family life in the early to mid-1800’s. Did you know that we can make the same experiences work for you in a corporate or social event environment? How about a unique artisan retreat house, tucked away in the woods? …Private drive access, main area in which to conduct a meeting for up to 60 pp in banquet rounds and 30 pp in classroom style, built-in break-out areas, and indoor/outdoor capability for meals. Add in a customized outdoor historic activity such as a Scavenger Hunt or 19th-century Survivor Game – and you have a memorable, productive and fun meeting.

Within the Welcome Center our Overlook Room with two walls of floor to ceiling windows that allow for view of some of the grounds and the Clowes Common – home to our 1859 Balloon Voyage). The Overlook Room is cozy with a huge gas fireplace and an adjacent deck.  Indoor or outdoor experience is possible in just one space.

The Overlook
For the traditional and/or more serious meeting our Woodland Hall is a large (3240 square feet of non-pillared meeting space). It has natural lighting with three large picture-windows with views of the grounds.  It can be divided down into two separate rooms for either break out sessions or separate meal areas.

There are many reasons to seek out Conner Prairie for your next meeting. Unique meeting spaces, ample and complimentary parking, current century luxuries such as high speed internet access and a glimpse into the past of Indiana all in one venue. As our entrance sign in the Great Hall states, “Your adventure begins here.” If you need assistance in planning your next adventure please contact any of us in the Catering & Banquet Sales office at 317.214.4495 or email me directly at todd@connerprairie.org.
