A few weekends ago, I took the Conner Prairie show on the road again and set up a booth during Noblesville’s monthly First Fridays event. Themed around hot air, the night featured balloons, bubbles, glass-blowing—and some hilarious high schoolers who had plenty of hot air to go around, the Noblesville High School improv troupe.
But don’t worry—if you missed the chance to ask me your burning questions about that giant balloon in sky over Fishers, I’ll be setting up shop at a few more family-friendly (and more importantly, FREE) events this summer. Pet a Conner Prairie animal, enter to win tickets or a membership to Conner Prairie, color your own balloon, play pioneer games, try your hand at Conner Prairie trivia to win admission discounts and learn about our newest exhibit, 1859 Balloon Voyage! Okay, not all at the same time, but those are some of the things you’ll get to do at our Conner Prairie booths. See you there!
