Christopher Clapp is chief executive officer of Bluelock, LLC. He earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Purdue University. He and his wife Ellen reside in Zionsville and have two sons.

Dr. Mary E. Busch is an Administrator and Professor of Education at the University of Indianapolis. She holds a B.S. degree from the University of Indianapolis, an M.S. degree from Butler University, and an Ed.D. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. She is a frequent keynote speaker for educational organizations and churches, and serves as a board member for Conner Prairie, The Indianapolis Board of School Commissioners, Goodwill Industries and St. Francis Hospital.

Karen Hill is a managing partner at Collina Ventures. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College and her master’s in business administration from Indiana University. She and her husband Mark have three daughters.

Donald Altemeyer
Donald Altemeyer is a founding principal of BSA LifeStructures and TRC+BSA Worldwide LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. He also served in the Air Force and Air National Guard from 1971-1977.

Christine Altman
Christine Altman is a Hamilton County Commissioner, promoting regional cooperation in areas ranging from transportation to security. She has also practiced law for 30 years, concentrating on business, probate, real estate and commercial law. She earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the Indiana University of School of Business, Indiana and a juris doctor from the Indiana University School of Law. Christine is a member of the United Way Advisory Board in Hamilton County and former president of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy and a former director of the Carmel Clay Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband John reside in Carmel.

Terry Anker is chairman of the Anker Consulting Group and has served as the advisor and owner in several small business concerns. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication from Indiana University and a juris doctor degree from the School of Law in Bloomington. Terry also serves on several other boards, including the Indiana Humanities Council and the Entrepreneurship Advancement Council. He is the president of the Hamilton County Community Foundation, Legacy Fund. Terry and his wife Carolyn reside in Carmel and have two sons.

Bill Batt is the retired Director, Executive Vice President, and Trust Officer of First of America Bank, Indianapolis (now part of PNC Bank). He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business graduate schools. He is a proud graduate of Broad Ripple High School class of 1956.

Bill serves as a Member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis and past District Governor of Rotary International in central Indiana. Member of the board, Assistant Treasurer and Past President of the 1,000 plus voice Indianapolis Children’s Choir. He is a winner of the Arts Council of Indianapolis ARTI award for outstanding contributions to the arts. Bill has served as past board member of the Indianapolis Civic Theatre, Community Hospitals Foundation, and Earlham College Foundation.

He has been married to Martha Sue for 46 years and they have two children and two grandchildren. Both Bill and Martha Sue are active in the media ministry outreach of Tabernacle Presbyterian Church.

Mike Blakley
Mike Blakley is Chairman of the Board of The Blakley Corporation, a company founded by his grandfather in 1895. A graduate of University of Illinois, Mike earned his degree in urban land economics. He also graduated from the United States Air Force Flight School and served as a pilot with the Indiana National Guard. Mike currently serves on the boards of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Tile, Marble and Terrazzo Contractors Association of Central Indiana, Rose-Hulman Indianapolis Board of Associates, FBI Citizens’ Academy Foundation, and Goodwill Industries. Mike and his wife, Barbara resides in Fishers. They have been married for more than 40 years and have two grown daughters, and one granddaughter.

Bruce Bryant
Bruce Bryant launched Promotus Advertising in 1983 and has built one of the most respected agencies in the state. Indiana Federation of Advertising Agencies (IFAA) named Bruce “Ad Person of the Year” in 1998-1999 and again in 2002-2003. He is the first African American to be named “Ad Person of the Year” and one of only three people to win the award twice. Bruce has served on the Better Business Bureau's Local Advertising Review Board (LARB), and also with Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, American Advertising Federation (Indianapolis) and The Wellness Community. Bruce resides in Indianapolis.

Victoria Callahan
Victoria (Tory) Callahan has been studying K-12 schools and learning for 25 years. Focus areas include teacher preparation (alternative and mainstream models) and teacher quality issues as well as education policy analysis and implementation research. Having written legislation and analyzed impacts, Tory is interested in improving policy actions. Currently, Tory consults with K-12 school districts and is developing and implementing instruction related to dimensions of early letter learning for at-risk populations. Tory is also studying change and its relationship to elevating teaching practices. She and her husband Pat live in Indianapolis.

Jackie Clark will serve as president of the Conner Prairie Alliance in 2013. Prior to serving as president, Jackie served as chair of the Apple Store for the years 2011 and 2012. Jackie came to Conner Prairie after moving from Georgia to Indiana with her husband, Scott, and their two children. While in Atlanta, Jackie worked in the interior design field specializing in sales and space planning for contract interiors. Jackie holds a BBA degree from Delta State University, Cleveland, MS.

Chris Cooke
Chris Cooke has provided professional investment guidance with personal service since 1990. He is a non-practicing CPA/attorney and a member of the Indiana Bar Association who specializes in estate, tax and cash-flow planning and fiduciary liability with the Cooke Financial Group. Chris has been a member of the Wells Fargo Advisors Premier Advisors recognition council since 1996. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has a J.D., from the Indiana University Law School-Indianapolis.

Chris and his wife, Elizabeth, have three children and reside in Fishers. He is active in the community with the Penrod Society and Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church. Chris has also served as past chair of the Conner Prairie Museum Board of Directors.

Bill Corley retired from the Community Health Network in 2010 where he served as president and chief executive officer. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and obtained his master’s degree in hospital administration from Duke University.

Dave Cox
Dave Cox is chairman of the Board of W. Hare & Son in Noblesville. He represents Indiana's franchised new automobile dealers on the National Automobile Dealers Assoc. Board of Directors. He studied Industrial Management at Purdue University. Dave and his wife Jackie reside in Noblesville and have two daughters. He has been active on several community not-for-profit boards.

Berkley Duck retired from the Indianapolis law firm of Ice Miller in 2001 following 38 years of service where he was one of the firm’s managing partners. He is a graduate of Brown University and Harvard Law School. He has served on the boards of directors of several nonprofit corporations in addition to Conner Prairie. As chairman of the advocacy group Save the Prairie, Inc., Berkley led the effort in support of Conner Prairie’s independence from Earlham College. Berkley and his wife Nancy reside in Carmel.

Keith Gambrel is a partner in Audit and Assurance Services at Katz, Sapper & Miller. He co-chairs the firm’s Not-for-Profit and Governmental Services Group, and the Real Estate Services Group. Keith has served as a member of the board of directors of various not-for-profits. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Indiana University. Keith and his wife Carol have three children and reside in Zionsville.

Nancy Huber is president and CEO of Fifth Third Bank (Central Indiana). She received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Miami University in Ohio. She serves on the board of directors for WFYI, Indianapolis Art Center, and the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.

Nathaniel Jones
Nathaniel Jones is the superintendant of schools for the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township. He taught for 5 years in Indianapolis public schools and went on to serve for 25 years in the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township. He has received three degrees from Indiana University and numerous local, state and national recognitions for his leadership and innovative approach to educating students. Nathaniel is married to Cynthia Jones and has two children and three grandsons.

Timothy Lawson is an attorney at Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman. He received his undergraduate degree in management at Notre Dame, MBA and MHSA degrees from Arizona State University and a law degree at the University of Louisville School of Law. His practice areas include clinical services and patient care issues. He is a fellow with the American College of Health Care Executives.

Bud Melton is a retired president and chief executive officer of First Indiana Bank, N.A. He received a bachelor of science degree in finance from Indiana University and completed the graduate program at the Graduate School of Savings and Loan. He currently serves as a member of the board of trustees for the State of Indiana Finance Authority, and serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Goodwill Industries. He also serves on the board of Star Financial Bank, and Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, VA. Bud and his wife Christine reside in Carmel and have two sons and a daughter.

Ginger Merkel is a certified financial planner and an accredited domestic partnership advisor. She earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from Indiana University. She serves on the board of the American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis and The Hoosier Salon. Virginia and her husband Roger reside in Indianapolis.

Jane Niederberger is a healthcare operations and technology executive. Jane has a bachelor's degree in science from Simmons College and a master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University. She is currently a board member for TechPoint and chairs the Dean's Advisory Council for Indiana University School of Informatics. Jane and her husband Mark reside in Carmel and have two daughters.

Gary Reynolds is the president of Reynolds Farm Equipment, Reynolds Rentals and Reynolds Turf Equipment. He is a board member for Future Farmers of America and a founder of the Fishers Economic & Community Development Commission. Gary and his wife reside in Noblesville and have three children.

Jay Ricker is chairman of Ricker Oil Company, Inc. He is past chair of the National Association of Convenience Stores and the BP Amoco Marketers Association and past president of the Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association. Jay has a bachelor’s degree in science from Purdue University. He is or has been active in a number of community groups including Community Hospital of Anderson and the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Nancy have two adult children.

Joe Russell, a former federal prosecutor, is a partner in the law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP where he practices trial law. He has served as the president of the Indianapolis Bar Association and on the boards of several legal organizations. Joe is married and resides in Carmel.

He was named Business Leader of the Year in 2004 by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and serves on the boards of many civic, charitable and church-related organizations.

Robby Slaughter will serve as the president of the Conner Prairie Horizon Council in 2013. Robby is a workflow and productivity expert. He is the founder of AccelaWork, a business improvement consulting company. His team works with a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, regional non-profits, small businesses and individual entrepreneurs to help increase productivity, simplify workflow and optimize business processes.

Robby has written numerous articles for local publications such as the Hamilton County Business Magazine and the Indianapolis Business Journal. He has also been interviewed by national news outlets including the Wall Street Journal. Robby is also the author of several books with his latest being The Unbeatable Recipe for Networking Events. Robby and his wife Kathy, reside in Indianapolis.

Rich Thrapp is a corporate lawyer at Ice Miller. He was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Indiana Business Law Survey Commission and was elected as its chairman in 2006. He was a member of the drafting committee for Indiana's Limited Liability Company Act and served on the drafting committee for the Indiana Nonprofit Corporation Act. Rich serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Zoo and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. He graduated from DePauw University where he received his bachelor of arts, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He obtained his juris doctor from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington, where he graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif. Richard and his wife Linda reside in Indianapolis.

She founded the Theater on the Square in Indianapolis and has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Julie is a certified wellness instructor. She resides with her husband Corby Thompson and two sons in Fishers.

Dr. William Weldon is the vice president of Global Research and Development for Elanco Animal Health, a division of Eli Lilly and Company. William received a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Michigan State University and his doctorate in animal nutrition from the University of Nebraska. He and his wife reside in Greenfield with their three children.

Matt Wyatt has 17 years of executive management and entrepreneurial experience in the medical device industry. Matt’s operational experience includes capital raises, design for manufacturing, business development, sales, marketing and building strategic partnerships with key industry thought leaders and investors. Matt is Managing Director and CEO of Case Coder, LLC, which is a premier revenue management software platform organization specific to neurosurgery and orthopaedic healthcare providers.

Matt is active in the Fishers community as an advisor at St. Louis DeMontfort Parish and coaching the 4th grade basketball team. Matt and his wife Kristin have two daughters.

Morris Mills is a former state senator, and also a former state representative. He brings a wide scope of experience in state budgetary matters having served as budget chairman of the Senate Finance Committee. Mr. Mills was recently honored by IUPUI by naming an atrium of a new building. Morris joined the RIPEA Board in 2001. He resides in Ladoga, IN.

Tom Fisher
Tom Fisher recently retired from the Indiana Tax Court after serving for 25 years. He was the first Indiana Tax Court judge, appointed by Governor Robert Orr and is nationally recognized for building a unified body of Indiana common law in taxation. Tom graduated from Earlham College and the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University. He is a past president of the Columbia Club and serves on the Board of the Governors of the Society of Indiana Pioneers. He is married to Barbara Fisher and has two children and seven grandchildren.
